Position Overview:Volcaino is seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UX design and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Experience with Figma and Bubble.io is necessary to thrive in this role and contribute to our dynamic design team.

Location:Ghent, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

UX Design and Prototyping:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design user-centric interfaces for our AI-powered SaaS products.
2. Utilize Figma and Bubble.io to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to visualize and iterate on user flows and experiences.

User Research and Testing:

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback that will inform the design process and ensure the optimal user experience.
2. Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and refine design solutions, aiming for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with product requirements and technical constraints.
2. Present design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical team members, incorporating feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

Design System and Consistency:

1. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and coherence in all products and platforms.
2. Advocate for design best practices and standards, promoting a user-centric design culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience in UX design, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Bubble.io, along with other design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
