Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Head of Product Design to lead our design team in creating exceptional user experiences and user interfaces for our AI-powered SaaS products. The Head of Product Design will play a crucial role in defining and executing the design strategy, ensuring that our products are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Define and communicate the design vision, strategy, and guidelines to ensure consistent and outstanding design across all products.
- Drive the evolution of the design team and processes to align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Product Design Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define product design roadmaps and prioritize design initiatives.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and create user-centric designs that meet customer needs and expectations.
UX/UI Design:
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Champion a mobile-first approach and responsive design, optimizing the user interface for various devices and platforms.
Design Quality Assurance:
- Review and provide feedback on design deliverables to maintain a high standard of design quality, consistency, and coherence.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Head of Product Design in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful product design and user interface projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
