Position Overview:Volcaino is looking for a Digital Marketing Junior/Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

1. Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.

Content Creation and Optimization:

1. Contribute to content creation, including writing and editing marketing materials such as blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
2. Optimize content for SEO and work on strategies to improve organic reach and visibility.

Social Media Management:

1. Assist in managing and growing our social media presence, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
2. Stay updated with social media trends and propose creative ideas to enhance our brand presence on various platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

1. Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Generate reports, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory (for Junior position).
• Proven experience in digital marketing and proficiency with digital marketing tools (for Specialist position).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and content management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
